We never sell or share your data except: email services (Resend/ConvertKit) for newsletter delivery, Plausible Analytics (EU-based, no personal data), and legal requirements.

StackHK does not use tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free. No ad trackers, social media pixels, or behavioral tracking.
5. Data Security
HTTPS encryption, industry-standard email service security, limited team access to email lists.
6. Data Retention
- Email: Until you unsubscribe (immediate removal)
- Analytics: Up to 5 years (anonymous)
- Server logs: 30 days max
7. Your Rights
Under Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you can: access your data, request corrections, request deletion (unsubscribe), and unsubscribe anytime via link in every email.
